Matt has lived in the valley since 1994. He had been selling Real Estate since 1999 and opened the doors to Cactus Jack in 2005. He made and broke numerous sales records and achievement awards while selling Real Estate with John Hall and Associates and Keller Williams Legacy One.

This success and his amazing personal drive inspired the creation of Cactus Jack Real Estate, where he now works as Designated broker. Matt loves working with Real Estate Professionals to make great things happen for his clients. "Making a person's dream come true is what it's all about.

Matt is also a Professional Finance Consultant.  Working first as a loan officer before becoming a Realtor.

Matt has also been working his magic in finances since 1998, when he began working with 401k programs and debt management companies to help consolidate debt under one claimable tax shelter and maximize debt structure.

He has held seminars at the Merriyl Lynch office at the Biltmore. "I can take a look at your total debt and give suggestions on debt management or can just give professional advice during your loan process." Matt likes to listen to every client and give them personalized service.
"Knowing how to write a contract is just the beginning, and I want to know every aspect of the real estate transaction so that you the client always get the best most informed service, it pays to know a professional.


Matt's family: He has three beautiful children: Brooke, Ian, and Marilyn.

The name Cactus Jack came from his book, "The Adventures of Cactus Jack". It is a story about my childhood growing up in Alaska, Wyoming, and Colorado, about all the great childhood adventures we got in and out of.
